Busy Week

Saturday see’s the 1st XI travel to OT’s and Romsey, with much better availability this week there is a number of changes from last Saturdays side, among those changes are Vice captain Chris Brewer, Dan Pownal, Sam Gillott and Rich Barnett. Having been rained off in the first game against OT’s and the disappointment of two last over losses in the last two weeks the lads will be hoping the rain stays away and they can match Mondays performance at Warminster and get back to winning ways on a Saturday.

The 2nd team have had a busy week off the field with Captain Chris Newbury having to stand down for personal reasons Vice captain Darren Bentley has taken over for the remainder of the season. Availability is high across the club meaning there is much stronger 2nd team again this week and they hope to continue their good bubble league form.

This week’s Sunday game see’s the lads travel to Earlstoke’s walled garden for what will be a highly competitive game. This side will see a mix of all three teams for an enjoyable competitive game.

The first team also have 2 Wiltshire Wallop games this week as they look to secure a semi-final spot, they are away at Trowbridge on Monday and then at Home to Potterne in a repeat of last year’s final on Friday night. The Bar will be open and it would be great to see as many faces as possible to support the lads.
